Lagom Jewelry sells jewelry products through its online store. All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided with the utmost care.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and screen settings.

3. Prices & Payment

As a small enterprise subject to the VAT exemption scheme in Belgium, we do not charge VAT. Prices are therefore VAT‑exempt in accordance with Article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code.

As a VAT‑exempt small enterprise (Article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code), invoices are issued only upon request or when legally required.

For customers in other EU countries, no VAT is charged due to our VAT‑exempt status under Belgian law.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent.

5. Shipping

Lagom Jewelry ships within the European Union. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn

• Undamaged

• In their original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity applicable in Belgium and the EU.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.​
